1500 approved inserts (provided by sponsor) placed in attendee bags given as attendees enter the convention exhibit hall.
Attendee handouts are given to each family(buying unit) on entering the convention vendor floor. Your company supplies 1000 handouts. You will be notified when your handout is approved, as well as where and when to send for distribution. DO NOT SEND TO THE OFFICE OR THE CONVENTION CENTER. Your credit card will not be charged if your handout is not approved. Attendee handouts are 81/2 x 11 or smaller, may be folded. The charge is $100 per handout.
We are offering vendor workshops this year. They will be 35-minute workshops held in the regular fully-equipped (sound, power point, power outlets) workshop rooms. We have 24 (12 a day) slots available on a "first come, first served" basis. The cost will be $75 per workshop. To apply, You must include company name and at which convention(s) (OKC and/or Tulsa) you desire to have a vendor workshop. Your credit card will not be charged until you are notified of acceptance.
