1500 approved inserts (provided by sponsor) placed in attendee bags given as attendees enter the convention exhibit hall.
Attendee handouts are given to each family(buying unit) on entering the convention vendor floor. Your company supplies 1000 handouts. You will be notified when your handout is approved, as well as where and when to send for distribution. DO NOT SEND TO THE OFFICE OR THE CONVENTION CENTER. Your credit card will not be charged if your handout is not approved. Attendee handouts are 81/2 x 11 or smaller, may be folded. The charge is $100 per handout.
With our expanded vendor/exhibitor friendly workshop schedule (one hour between workshops) we want to help move more buyers to your booth, therefore we are again offering a punch card giveaway program. Some vendors experienced a 40% increase in booth traffic from the punch card program in 2013.
The program offers vendors/exhibitors an opportunity to participate in a promotion designed to draw attendees to your booth!! Preprinted post card-size or larger punch cards with participating vendors/exhibitors name and booth number will be distributed one per buying unit (family)(1200 Tulsa, 1600 OKC)at registration. Adult attendees must visit each booth listed on the card and listen to a short presentation by a booth worker to get the card punched. Completed punch cards will be submitted for the drawing, and the winner or winners will take home a prize like an iPad2.
Please Note: A very limited number of company spots are available on the punch card and the will be given at the discretion of the convention committee (sponsorships first if applicable). When you order a spot, you will receive notification within two (2) months prior to the convention of whether your company will be listed. Check the order box now to be listed for this promotion. We are offering vendor workshops this year. They will be 35-minute workshops held in the regular fully-equipped (sound, power point, power outlets) workshop rooms. We have 24 (12 a day) slots available on a "first come, first served" basis. The cost will be $75 per workshop. To apply, You must include company name and at which convention(s) (OKC and/or Tulsa) you desire to have a vendor workshop. Your credit card will not be charged until you are notified of acceptance.
